The lag is pretty bad in this game for me =( It seems pretty random where I miss but playing slightly early seems to work a bit better and I ended up not really watching the screen as much as reading the chords and playing the notes in time with the music, the lag correction is more for the visuals than audio which is weird

I can barely read the notes in this game because the tableture is so weird right now, but in general I can do chords easily enough for the aforementioned reason, I guess I just need to get used to it!

I'll probably make a couple more videos soon who knows

I eliminated lag but strickley using the analog out adaptor (hdmi video only). Timing seems off on yours. But with the way I have it set and my guitar (electric dual pickup) in amp mode it is live with no lag at all.

i use turtle beaches X31 with a hdmi cable i dont get lag that might help

The lag is entirely dependent on one's own audio visual setup. There are ideal setups for the game and non-ideal ones and even in that subset there's variation. For instance, the game says not to use HDMI for video and audio but for my older (>4 years) flat screen TV I can use HDMI and get no lag.
