This video shows the offices and studio lot. Its the Israeli version of a Hollywood-style TV network. They refer to it as Israwood (israel hollywood). A bit like Bollywood of India, maybe.

It takes perseverance. Keeping at it for years. After all, look at American Idol, which was turned down countless times, until it found the right producers and the right team to make it happen. Persistence and confidence has to be part of the strategy.
