The adventures of a little dog trying to find his mommy/owner through a variety of stages. Why are they constantly getting separated? Why are city streets so perilous? Why will they go to forests, glaciers, and above the clouds? Why are coke cans and claw machines not only alive, but trying to beat up the poor little dog? The answers to these and more baffling questions will not be found in the final version. :D

(Note: This is a Demo version; things may be altered in some ways in the final version, including fixing minor glitches and adding a bonus or two.)

=EASTER EGG=
The boss theme is the battle music during Pogo's chapter of the SNES RPG, "Live a Live." If you look close, you'll notice one of the three stuffed prizes the claw machine shoots is a Pogo plush.

  • wow you made this because this is amazing 5 stars

  • Well thanks! :D

I borrowed and edited graphics and music from VGMusic and The Spriter's Resource (credit will be given in the, well, credits, where credit can be found >_>). Level Two's almost done finally, just need to make the boss beastie o_O Added two powerups not shown in this video, too (that'll be shown in the next video), to temporarily turn into other animals.

  • That sounds awesome can you note me if you finish it or a demo :P

  • Will do! ^_^ It won't be huge though, maybe somewhere between five to seven levels divided into two acts, and a hidden level of randomness.

  • O....k.....Uhhh.....

That enemy screaming SFX gets annoying after the first 3 kills =D

And I recognize a lot of the sprites, like the moving platform is from the Casino level in Sonic 3 =D

  • Good eye :D

I thought about turning the screaming SFX down a few notches so it's not as grating. XD

  • Yep, it's Bob-Omb Battlefield, a Midi remix of it anyway. Except the tutorial level, which is a midi remix of a Yoshi's Island stage music.

Both were found on VGMusic and used with no consent whatsoever, but I plan to credit the sequencers if they put names on the files somewhere. =P

  • i seem to rember that music from super mario 64...

  • yeah right after i typed that i noticed the sign :P

  • Rather interesting indeed.
