  • I think he did a fantastic job and I love the video. The song Iris is great and with Clay singing it, that makes it even better. It blew me away. It's amazing.

  • I think Clay sounds great singing this song. I love the Goo Goo Dolls version of the song, but Clay is a fantastic singer and did a GREAT job. This is my all time favorite song by the Goo Goo Dolls, and when I heard Clay sing it for the first time it blow me away!

  • @Buildmeupbuttercup02 Umm. Okay, cause being rude makes me agree with you.

  • I love it. <3

  • I LOVE Clay Aiken and Iris is one of my favorite songs, so im thrilled he tried it out. I think if it were in a different key he wouldnt have tried to push it out the way he did. Its a liiiittle screamy and a liiiittle overdone, but for some reason i think its great. He's just great.

  • Maybe, but Id rather think of it that way cause it makes me feel more when I listen to it, so I dont really care what you think

  • i think u guys r reading to much into it.

  • hater

  • amazing. i 4 got how awesome his voice is.

    i luv this song!

  • straight up, this absolutely sucks. Its terrible sounding, boring, and it is honestly not musical at all.

  • I know right?? I feel like he was trying to let us know about his sexuality for years! Think back to this song, and also think back to "Lover all alone"

"For all I know the feeling and the picture that I tried so hard to find, isnt mine" I translate that to mean that he always tried to be straight and stuff, but then he realized that that wasnt who he was.

And "The Real Me" also describes it if you listen close enough.

  • And I don't want the world to see me

    Cause I don't think that they'd understand

When everything's made to be broken

I just want you to know who I am

    Very prophetic, Mr. Aiken!
