  • I lost 95 lbs. doing just this and eating a diet of 80% cheese.

  • cardio will burn calories but it's just like eating less. Once you eat, or aren't doing cardio religiously you will gain all your weight back (if not more). You need to do muscle training in order to boost your metabolism and keep the weight off for a long period of time.
