How to Make Own Facebook Default Picture

Im gonna show you how to change your picture into facebook default avatar/picutre.
Sorry for my bad quality vid. I didnt use mic coz my mic was crashed 5 months ago.
Anyway, here are some steps if you didnt see in the video :
1) open photoshop
2) open your picture
3) make selection around your picture by using any tools
4) make new document with 500 x 500
6) fill that (shift + f5) with very light blue (#c6cde0)
7) copy the image that you have make the selection and paste it on your new document
8) resize it if you want that picture look nice
9) press ctrl + left click on that layer's thumbnail
10) fill it (shift + f5) with white colour
11) done ! now save it and upload it as your profile picture in Facebook
