William Shatner Honored with "Banff World Television Lifetime Achievement Award" [Part 3 of 3]

William Shatner honored his wife Elizabeth with his "Lifetime Achievement Award" icon in a highly moving acceptance speech... "My Lifetime achievement is being married to her...and everyday reminding myself that sustaining a marriage is in itself the achievement of a lifetime."

William Shatner has cultivated a career that has spawned over 50 years as an Emmy and Golden Globe winning actor, director, producer, screenwriter, recording artist, author, and horseman. He is one of pop culture's most recognizable figures and has also established himself as a major Hollywood philanthropist. Shatner won an Emmy for his recurring role as eccentric lawyer "Danny Crane" on The Practice. Shatner then reprised the role on the hit program Boston Legal. As a result, he won his first Golden Globe in 2005 and another Emmy that September. he has since earned four more Emmy nominations, a second Golden Globe nod as well as two SAG Award nominations.Actor Jason Priestley presents Lifetime Achievement Award to William Shatner at 2010 Banff World Television Awards.
