This is an example of the kind of gadgets you can quickly and easily build with Microsoft .NET Gadgeteer, even if you have no hardware experience.

This miniature arcade cabinet has a joystick and LCD screen with touch input, and Ethernet for multiplayer capabilities. We built a quick Snake game in C#, but you can imagine many other games that could also use the same electronics!

This example is based on GHI Electronics' Fez Spider Starter Kit http://www.ghielectronics.com/catalog/product/297. It was recorded live at OSCON 2011.
