Dunphy's (Irish Hornpipe) NTAD

I'm learning a new tune everyday. I rely on a few things for tune ideas, namely, my iTunes collection, Spotify, YouTube, and of course Lars. Oh, you haven't heard of Lars? Well, he basically knows every tune on earth and sends me suggestions fairly often. Thanks again, my friend. He sent me a file of this tune being played by the piper Paddy Keenan.

Hey Katie...me again. Glad i decided to check your other videos...this was very good also. As an added bonus we get a tour of your home...room by room LOL I must say however I do the same thing. Each room has its own acoustic personality...Like your irish menue sounds great in the hard surfaced area of a kitchen where the notes can just bounce around freely! Love your bowing style...that's where I can use some help. OK...on to the next video..see you there :)

That was superb! Can I ask a favour? Would you try out a hornpipe called "The banks hornpipe"? I made an attempt at it on my channel to give the tune (Poorly) but I love the tune and would love to hear your interpetation. Thanks again

@katiehendersonfiddle Is this some kind of a trick ? I'm gonna suggest a tune that I like and play..then you are going to learn it...then you are going to post it to you tube...and your performance will blow me out of the water! ha ha ha just kidding. I will give it some thought and will probably come up with a tune from the world of "texas style" fiddling. There are a lot of great tunes and I am sure they will come to you quite easily with your ability and skills Waltz ? or Hoedown ?
