Snow Leopard Bug photobooth

at a fresh boot of Snow leopard and photo booth, it says that there's no camera connected to my Macbook pro... but im quite sure that theres a camera in the macbook pro :P so i know that it has to be a BUG :(
i just wanted to let you know;)

Yeah, I get constant crashes with photobooth - same problems as you are having.

i want to know if you downloaded more effects to your photo booth? mine always crashes (PB) because of those effects i downloaded from apple website. it's been ok now, just deleted those effects and now running smoothly.

macbook 13 unibody and upgraded to SL

no, i did not download those extra effects on the apple site... it is totally standard :)

Have you tried resetting PRAM?

I am having this problem. And I tried to open and close and open it again, but I am still getting "There is no connected camera" message.

Has anyone found the solution yet ?

my camera works but when i want to use an effect with it, it crash down:(

me also, altough i did a clean install of leopard and after that i directly did an upgrade to snow leopard...

it's not a big problem tough... but hey it just has to work, because i haven't done anything wrong :P
