Every year the sailing yachts we are using for charter have to be taken out of the water for maintenance. Since yachting is still something new in the western Gulf of Thailand there are no facilities specifically designed for yachts. We haul out at a boatyard catering for fishing and transportation vessels. How something like this looks in Thailand...Have fun watching!

  • @axellaf If they could do the same for you depends a lot on your underwater ship. Freedom Fargo is a center boarder, so they can haul it out on the conventional trolley. For our other yacht we had to weld its own cradle onto one of their trolleys. The price is very reasonable. Without a cradle it's about 5000 THB for Freedom Fargo for haul out and splash. Another thing is, that they don't like to keep boats in storage when they're busy...just send me PM with your email for more info

  • Love the video; i'll be sailing to the area on a 27 ft powersailor, and i'll need someplace safe to keep the boat on the hard/haulout for a while; I'm interested to know if they could do the same for me, how much your haulouts cost and any other information you could provide. Cheers
