  • Where can we buy these tools for children

  • @SKTPSY Hi :-) Thanks for subscribing to my channel - even though you found my voice patronising...interesting, how our realities are coloured by what kind of hemisphericity we have! - none the less - just take it for what it is - may be you want to try out a BG balance and get a laterality integration session for integrated hearing :-) All the best kind regards Dorothea

  • @johneastmond Yes, you're right. I don't have a belief in God, and there is a connection with my scientific outlook. My starting point is with the human brain and its capacity to deceive itself, its faulty reasoning, its prejudices, its delusions, its wish-thinking. Science is simply the attempt to discover the truth about the world in a rigorous and systematic way that minimises the risk of error from these human frailties. And systematic investigation and reflection has not uncovered God.

  • @johneastmond Thanks for the response. I watched the video as it was on a list of videos recommended for me by youtube. Yes, the book has a good chapter on Brain Gym specifically and no, I don't think physical therapies are all pseudoscience, although some of them might be. There is also a good leaflet on the subject written by neuroscientists that you can download. If you google "senseaboutscience brain gym" you should find it easily. It's a pdf file.

  • @doethcaru I'll look into the book. Tell me what caused you to watch this video? Does the book address Brain Gym specifically? Do you believe that other physical therapies are pseudoscience? I visited your channel and I saw a lot of videos that suggest you may not believe in god. Does this have an effect on your belief system in regard to science?

  • @johneastmond The "science" behind brain gym is pseudoscience - check out Ben Goldacre's book Bad Science.
