Gonna make a lot of people mad. But I hate hypocrisy. I argue the case for damning the austerity and the hero worship from many perspectives and remember that deficit reduction does not work. Giving bigger tax cuts to the wealthy only does one thing, concentrates the wealth more firmly in their hands. Cutting government jobs by 10% won't affect the economy dim bulb Ryan, because you won't have any unemployment insurance or Medicaid to have to fund! A lot of Christians are hypocrites of the worse kind. Democrats are totally sold out corporate shills. The debate should be framed on the real issues in a democracy. We live in a fascist corporatocracy and it is filled with hypocrites that look at economics in a vacuum and don't see the real lives that will be relegated to sickness and death because of austerity and cuts that will NOT WORK. It's been proven. History is filled with examples most notably Weimar Germany. The debate should be on WHAT to cut, not how much to cut the throats of the people. Cut social programs or cut war and death. That is the legitimate question. Deficit reduction in a recession is especially bad, as revenues fall it becomes self sustaining. I address the faith issue and have some hard questions for so-called Christians (many a Tea Partier, right wing ideologue) who do nothing to stop the death and bloodshed and do nothing to stop injustice. Who do nothing to stop the fraud and theft that Jesus saw in the temple which prompted him to ACTION. If you have no faith purely from a philosophical perspective or logically a human is more valuable than a fictional construct, therefore all the wars should be stopped and the murder budget should be axed before a single person has to lose a dime in benefits.

So then my question is where do we get started? Tyranny has cast a shadow over the world, but do you really believe protesting is a viable response? I live with a hole in my heart, at the broken promises and bullshit they tried to feed me as a kid. The evil tarnish everything while I sit here without a venue. As they say, "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me." Its high time Americans take up their own mantle and get the wolves out of the hen house, so to speak.

@ParallelDynasty Interruption of the flow of money in whatever way you can do so. Doing no business with banks that have benefited by this. Buying nothing from companies that have benefited. Blocking the flow of commerce by keeping people out of these institutions in civil disobedience. Blocking trucks from delivering things.

Hes right about (Ron Paul) private companies corporations will walk all over the people. Corporations are known to be bad, used to be a few people come together apply for a licence to form a corporation 5 year lic and when job was finished corporation was disbannded because government new these things will rape the land and the people. Social programs are a result of us living together and careing about each other or having common interests, careing does`nt make u a comunist just human.

@SolarSteveUSA It should not be a fall guy for fiscal responsibility. It should be for promoting or doing nothing to end injustice, fraud and death by war and neglect of the poor. All things that Jesus stood up for and ACTED on. Equating fiscal responsibility with spending and ignoring the spending on death and the austerity programs that target the poor and weak is hypocrisy, especially from a Christian perspective.

passing on costs ALWAYS holds true. acceptable ROI percentage may be lowered to keep increased production costs from affecting price but NO company loses money in producing an item for long before it simply ceases to produce said item. taxes are an inelastic cost. you can sell at less profit, smaller package, lesser quality at same price- but TAXES are INELASTIC. (unless you have ' tall friends')

otherwise ALL taxes paid are passed on to consumers or as less dividends.
