Coke has more of an acid taste and you can barely taste the cola. Pepsi is sweeter and you can actually taste the flavoring.

This has nothing to do with evolution. I'm surprised this commercial was allowed to directly name Coca Cola, you can't do that in the UK because it's seen as slander.

Coke has more flavor initially when it's opened, but Pepsi doesn't loose its carbonation as quickly. However, it doesn't have as much taste to begin with.
