I think the last pillow I bought had some bugs already in it, now we are being bitten like crazy. Moral: When you buy a new pillow, stick it in a HOT dryer for 30 minutes to kill biters.
The bugs that eat skin and hair live ON us. They are harmless for the most part. Wash your skin and hair to keep their colonies minimal.
