2 15" Sony Xplod Subwoofers XSL156P5

here is my friends 2 15" XSL156P5 sony xplod subs in a sealed enclosure, Dual XDM6350 headunit, Boss CH6920 6x9s in the back, and a shitty SPX amp but it surprisingly still pushes them pretty good, bass boost and gain half way up, with bass -4 and treble +2 at the headunit, volume 25.

I have two 12" Sony Xplods and they hit pretty hard for what I paid for them. I have 900 watts to both of them but I like a lot of bass so I am upgrading to 2 15" kicker L7s

#1 the box is sealed (better sq but less spl) #2 his amp is too weak and you can overpower subs in a sealed enclosure #3 his system probably costs reasonably

sony doesn't really do well with subs. there ok for the money, but if you got the money and you want to slam get some kickers l7's or solox's or something along those lines

I have 1 of these in my trunk and it seems to bang pretty hard...I suspect that the box may be a little big here...hard to tell what bangs on a YouTube vid! Keep bumpin bro!
