  • rocky that was mega delicious thank you, merry x-mass and have the happiest of new years......

  • @teyacapan Thank you and Merry Christmas and a Happy New year to you too!

  • looks yummy and so simple - sometimes I make a batch of muffins and they turn moldy before I eat them even when I put in the refrig. this should solve that one serving at a time - where did you get the protein powder from and what is the carb count how come you like that one

happy holidays to you and Rich

  • @loribelt24 I just get the protein powder from my regular grocery store but they do have it at places like GNC. I like that one the most because of the taste. Even their vanilla flavor is really good.

    Happy Holidays to you too!

  • sounds great. I have tried a lot of your recipe's & usually never use a substitution until I make it your way. I don't have protein powder & don't think I would have a need for it after the cake. Do you think I could substitute cocoa powder ? Suzie

  • @wmbgcoupon I wonder if it would still come out cake like. The protein powder does well as a substitute for flour. If you try it out with the cocoa powder please let me know!

  • So I tried it twice. The first time I accidentally made chocolate pudding! It was good but not the goal. The second time I got the best cake ever......and it was all MINE! I'm going to try and make a bigger version and put cream cheese frosting on it for Christmas. Happy Holidays everyone! :)

  • Yummy!

  • I wonder if you could add a tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder for more chocolate flavor? It sounds like a yummy and easy treat thanks!

  • What a brilliant idea and recipe!! Thankyou for that, even my kids could do that.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours over there in the US from me and mine over here in the UK x

  • Oh you got my idea to do this before I could. I am glad though because I have been craving having it and now I can make your healthy version of it and or just continue with trying a healthy version of my own. ~hugs~
