Hacking Vista with command prompt

Here is a video of me showing you how to shut down any computer using windows vista hooked up to the internet simply by knowing the passport email adress of the admin on the computer.
I am only using command prompt.

a) an attack of this nature (those commands ain't gonna do much), will only work if you are connected to the LAN on which this computer is based.

b) if you want to try this, the easiest way would be to write a batch or vbs or even a simple c++ application and get someone to open it.
