what would you recommend as a "good pair" of headphones? I am looking for pristine sound quality, NOT just bass

im on my Second pair of UR 29's....for 30 Bucks they are Decent Phones...though the sound is somewhat harsh at times....and despite the size there's not too much bass without EQ....good overall though,decent

I noticed the exactly the same thing. I was expecting a booming bass and got nothing. Returning them tomorrow lol

I think it's a mediocre set of headphones. It's the type of headphones you would get for the price, I got mine for $20 a few months ago, and It's okay. It's really comfortable and theres a volume control on it, which is good. What's not good is that it's not really that durable. Mine's falling apart. And from the beginning, I noticed that it has little to no bass for any type of music you're listening to, especially rock or dubstep.

I got those but sometimes one side works so I fold the end of it so it works on both sides

I got the exact same headphones. It's great because it's durable, good sound quality. :) I just got mine yesterday at amazon.

Recently, I broke the headphones. I went to buy new again, and the UR-29. Often play a game of Call of Duty MW2 and they have really good sound.
