It's not too much for it at all mine works fine and the temperature is stable. Your case or something must have taken an arrow in the knee.

@TuckingFypos101 I'm playing (1280x1024) on 9800 gt OC on Ultra settings 16x AF and 2x AA, and it's average 30 FPS.and without AA 40+. You have a better card so it should be no problem

@mixindave1 GTX is better, plus i have your processor and a intel e6320 at 1.83 ghz :/ it performs the same as the AMD 6000+ 3 ghz i got, the E8400 i think is 2.8 ghz something like that, it will be fine no doubt.

i have a 9800gt too and this game fucked up my graphic card :D .. than i bake it and it work.. its too much for it.. im going get a GeForce GTX 460
