I finally learn what they do to release the two sprays and why the targets act that way

Ultra Spicy Spray : You literally fart it out, so Pikmin are hyper to get the smell out of their scent.

Ultra Burp Spray: You Burp it out, so enemies are turn to stone because of the disgusting wind coming right towards them....
