April 30, 2009 - Historic Denver, Inc. and the National Trust for Historic Preservation, along with co-chairs Holly Kylberg and Tom Lorz, would like to invite you to be a part of One Past 5 The Spring Polo Party at the Phipps Mansion. With mint julep in hand, the sinking sun coloring the sky and one of Denvers iconic landmarks setting the stage, youll mix with Denvers dapper best and mingle with fellow lovers of her architectural legacy. Built during the heart of the Great Depression in 1932, the 33,000 square foot Phipps Mansion was a stimulus package in itself. The Spring Polo Party is a celebration of Denvers culture, the spirit of philanthropy and a by-gone era of elegance.
