  • i like the fact that they are just doin it at a park. too many ppl think they need a gym or tons of equip for a good workout. you can get AMAZING results with NO equip at all. ZERO

  • Hello there! Have you thought about intellectus diet (do a search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • @SmallKrum This crap will not give you results. Lift weights and follow it with cardio.When you lift weights, only focus on one area of the body per workout (i.e. chest, legs, back, shoulder). And of course...High protein diet (this is biggest factor since I see tons of girls eating salads and crackers!! WTF, you need protein!!).

  • Some good core excercises, but this should absolutely be secondary to good weight lifting and cardio. You are not going to burn fat and tone up just doing this crap.
