  • It occurs to me that both Mozart & Raphael would be utterly astounded that their works were available to be heard & seen with the touch of a fingertip on an I-Pad

  • Trumpets and drums! Yes! A splendid performance of a great symphonic finale.

  • @Andgul63 that's naive don't say that.

  • When i listen Mozart music like this song...i feel calm down and relax.

  • @Hotwok191 I-Pad or iPad ?

  • Mozart's 41st has been one of my favorites for a long time. This is the best recording I have ever heard.

  • Mozart and Raffaello. Exactly the two who were loved so much by Goethe because of their harmony.

  • *Good god* this is astounding. I always have to pay attention and mind that I control my bowels when I hear this.

Where the hell would Mozart have gone from here?

  • @Hotwok191 Since you mention Raphael, I playfully wonder what Leonardo Da Vinci would make of modern technology. Of all humans who lived before (say) 1700, I'd vote him *least* likely to freak out and run for the hills screaming witchcraft were you to show him an I-Pad.

Incidentally I never liked Raphael. Better for him to go at thirty-seven and Titian at ninety-nine, than the reverse.

  • @hot5pur11 oh :)
