Violencia en Plaza Catalunya - Indignats Indignados HD

This was one of the very few episodes of violence I could see in Placa Catalunya.

Until 10am (when I left) the protest was mostly peaceful and police behavior was generally very professional.

@alevalli you dont need to testify!!!!! it dosent matter if you were there ! there is countless videos now showing what did happen that you werent there for and it shows unarmed people hands in the air being beaten! so the proof is in the pudding.but regardless i wish you all over there safety and resolution and hope everyone there is ok.they are BRAVE and i give them so much credit for standing their ground and not backing down to the bully pig punk losers that are beating them senseless

You obviously are missing the point here: I am not denying what may have happened later. I have my own opinion, based on the many videos I could see (I don't trust photos, they're often too ambiguous). But I don't think it is worth sharing it, because everyone, if really interested, can spend some time and make their own idea, like I did.

My point is that you should thank everyone that shares plain evidence, in a transparent way. Information, facts, evidence, data, detail allow everyone to think based on them. Every piece of information is partial and limited on YouTube, Twitter, etcetera: if it contains factual evidence, though, it helps viewers to make the big picture on their own. If it is self glorification and self referentialism, with no facts attached, it does little help.

It is interesting to see, @peponmiron, how this new instruments had an important role in very important political processes during the last five years. Fighting in ideological terms, and insulting and offending people on the Internet does not help, @peponmiron. You see, obviously I don't think that beating with no reason is a professional behavior. I wrote that trying to summarize and contextualize the video in the few hours I spent there.
