Braveheart - William Wallace

I shall tell you of William Wallace. Historians from England will say I am a liar, but history is written by those who have hanged heroes. The king of Scotland had died without a son, and the king of England, a cruel pagan known as Edward the Longshanks, claimed the throne of Scotland for himself. Scotland's nobles fought him, and fought each other, over the crown. So Longshanks invited them to talks of truce - no weapons, one page only. Among the farmers of that shire was Malcolm Wallace, a commoner with his own lands; he had two sons, John and William.

@regisiam not exactly, william wallace didn't execute any children (at least from what's known about them), the P.l.o., the hamas and other Palestinian organizations had planned and executed numerous actions against civilians (i am not talking about soldiers). so as i can see why the Palestinians has right to fight for land, i don't see how organizations such as Hamas can be called Freedom fighters while they try to kill innocent on a daily basis. Peace for both the Israeli and the Palestinians.

So tell me what are you American or Scottish? You don't like Churchill, but wax lyrical about the Americans in WW2. You hate royalty; but all the indigenous Scots I know respect The Princess Royal for her loyalty. I am intrigued? Where were you born?

@Wook5ter They are not the only people that get confused about Scotland there is Billy Connely if what you say is true not to mention the creatures south of their border. Regarding the Americans you are a bit hard on folk that safed us from the Nazis.
