I remember you... Whatever, here's my review :

I quite liked this. It's smooth and stuff. My complaints are : The background. It's poorly grouped. You could've done some edits to it. Also it's streched as heck. BTW, you blurred the ground way too much, it looks that isn't moving. The rocks should move normally like rocks, not some flashing sprite. Onto the sprites. Sometimes when Sonic punched the sandbag, the sandbag didn't look like it was being punched. Really.

Also, work on your physics.

Dude, freakin awesome! Finally an animation style that separates you from the rest. Finally an animation without DBZ sound effects + you kept the tempo of the animation running. Thumbs up + fav, one of the best animations I'd seen in a while. Now if only you can make a fight. :O
