  • hey do we need fat to build myscle? im like 5 10 and weigh 135. ive been lifting alot and have gotten ALOT stronger but dont see any results. also, why do i only have abs when i flex? i only have like 5% body fat and abs are what i work on the most

  • Dont think he said it was perfect? noone said that... but he is very good looking, and has a nice body. its not to big and not to small

  • @kornboy3 Ya I have to agree with you , there are better bodys. I'm just saying that no one should be surprised if he is or is not a model because there are some models that are not all that. That's why I said that have seen dudes like him in the front of a pack of muscle shirts.

  • That's a good idea. I never thought of using the E-Z bar for curls. I would just use a straight bar.
