Lima ? Surely this is the Rossini Opera Festival Pesaro 2004. Decca issued a CD set of Matilde di Shabran based on live recordings of the performances there. Wouldn't that explain any microphone ? Always great to hear some Rossini splendidly sung, but shame about the title and suggestion in it.
