Three errors: 1) The song playing is the 1977 version of the Soviet anthem; it was not in use during the Cuba crisis. 2) In the 1960ies, the anthem's lyrics were not sung at all, since they contained Stalin's name. 3) There is a sudden leap in the text in the movie: from seconds 1-7 "...shimyiy ryespublik svobodnyikh. [Splotila]...." (verse 1), the plane passes, seconds 10-16 "put' azaril, Na pravoye dela" (verse 2). Over one minute of song gone!

Another error, the door that the general opens to enter the room has Romanov dynasty symbols on it. Hard to believe that the 1960's Soviet state had any of the former dynasty's symbols still in place. The symbol was only revived after the present Russia Federation was founded in 1991.
