177lb at 6ft? isnt that a little too skinny??

@stankwho according to the BMI its actually the top end of normal. I don't put much stock in BMI because I think they miss a lot (like muscle for athletes as an example) Personally, I didn't start eating healthy to loose weight,it's just something that happened. I think weight should be the last thing on someones mind when they diet. Health should be first. We are all different, size and shape are not as important as health..even though Hollywood would tell you otherwise

What was your exercise programme like? How much cardio + weights a week, etc?
delatroy 2 months ago
@delatroy 3 sets of 25 push ups, 3 sets of 25 back/stomach (crunches, situps...different everyday) and 3 sets of 10 or 15 curls with a dumbbell, thats it. I wanted to keep it short and simple so I could keep consistent.
thanks for watching.
