@michaelanddawn Maybe it is controlled from a long distance by someone who wanna make fun (by someone on the factory where the toy is made). You need to control the toy- split it and see if you can find a receiver and microphone.

That's very strange, I would keep investigating. It might be paranormal, because the light went off every single time you said somthing.

No, it's not.
Here's the thing, we take it out of our apartment, it does nothing.
There is also a 'star' on that play mat.
It also goes off. We've taken that to a friends house. It does nothing there, and we were there for 10 odd hours, and no incident where it was 'mysteriously' going off.
As soon as we came back home, we had stuck it in the play pen, and within 5 minutes, it was going off, there was no one around it, we (my wife, son and I) were in the baby's room.

This is not a remote controlled toy, nor is there anything else around that can manipulate this toy. The handles on the side of the toy have to be moved for it to work. Nothing is moving it, so how does it work? That's the mystery. It's not voice activated, or it would constantly go off with me calling my wife to come take a look at it.
Wish I could have gotten it when it was responding to Yes and No questions.
Will keep posting on future incidents/events!
