all based on looking cute. chi-ali, yo-yo, apache, ice cube, nas, kris kross. thats all i knew. shai, swv, mariah carey, whitney houston, rude boys. they are all gone. well, not whitney and mariah, but you know. its just no fun. im 24 now and still remember going to the park and hearing those horns from U.N.I.T.Y.

everytime i hear those horns in the beginning of this song, it brings a tear to my eyes and takes me right back to 1993. i was 8 years old. i remember going to the wherehouse and buying this cassette single. this song is so important to me. i cant get over those horns. female rappers are done. hip hop has changed for the worst. i miss yo-yo, boss, mc lyte, bahamadia and a few others. there was a variety in music. now everything falls under POP. 1993, kids were kids. music was music. it wasn't
