I have two 1000watt wind turbines conected to a 48 volt battery bank, this is the system selling power back to the grid. These turbines are working very well. If any one has any questions feel free to email me at grant.mac@eastlink.ca

  • now thats what i consider a real wind turbine. thats some awsome power man. what name brand are these turbine

  • @orlan7s1 They are SWG, I just got them back up and running. As you can see in this video they are putting out way more power then they should. So they bouth burn up the windings. I just rewinded them and got one back up and running, now I just have to get it to turn out of the wind when it should. Then I will put the other one back up.

  • @grant0mac yea thats the problem i dont want to have. thats why im selling my trystar 60 and just got it to. never used it. i need one that has a electronic brake. and just found one and thats the reson im selling the trystar.did you do the winding your self? and at what point did it burn up. and what happens when it burns up do you get a run away?or does it just stop turning?thanks for the reply

  • @orlan7s1 Yes a freind showed me how and help me with the winding. They were up for about 6 months then down for 1 1/2 years. When it burns up it just shorts out the windings and stops turning. I think I have the auto furling working now so it shouldn't happen again.

  • How many KWH's will it produce in a good month ?

  • @wetweasel56 if they will. Power companys dont want to charge back. They want money not to buy.

  • Cost?

What are the costs also in getting the city to approve it?

And what kind of credit does the gov. pay you back for this?

    Thanks

  • thats a beautiful thing
