I assembled a pc without those wrist pads chuchuchu and I don't had ESD's.

just don't touch the insides with wet and sweaty hands( don't let your sweat touch any parts)
and
use the anti-static pads provided by the motherboard

NEVER use a electric thing to move the screws it could easily have to much power and destroy the thread
