This is really a gorgeous dog! I hope that I will be able to get my Jack to comply! I am waiting until the summer of next year to get one so I can have the summer holidays to train her!

How do you teach them the "quiet" command? My dogs are nonstop barkers, and they are teaching the puppies. D=

Yes I get that comment a lot. It is important that the dog understants that "SPEAK" is just a command and not a general behavior that is encouraged. This command is executed correctly when the dog barks only once on command.

@reneamckee Thank you for your kind comments. You are right, trust is very important, they will trust if we never lie or trick them... they don't have a sense of humor :-) She grew up (3 years old now) to be the doggy of my dreams... of anyone's dreams I would think Lol. If we treat animals with love, respect and compassion no matter what, we can learn so much from them. They have so much love to give.
