@nostalgicDV hey where did u sell urs and how much did u sold it for?
-
@nostalgicDV The tip worked for me, even if I had to balance the thing a bit differently: the weights on the middle knob made the trick, brilliant!

@nostalgicDV Thanks for this advice - I may well end up doing the same. All the best - Graham.

Haha, thanks!

For a couple of minutes I was full of hope. Nope - followed your video exactly - no difference = this item just doesn't work for me. I've been at it for hours, tried everything with and without the so-called 'balance correction adapter'. I can't make this thing work no matter what I do.

I am sorry to hear that it did not work. To be honest, it is a very difficult tool to work with. I ended up selling mine and instead built a shoulder rig. I am much happier with my rig now I never need to balance. Rigs work better since if you plan on using mics, cables or other adapters, you don't have to worry about balancing every time. Can you imagine adding a Rode mic to the T2i and then having to re-balance?

I'm selling my MMC so I can afford the DMC (DSLR motioncam).
I'm way to lazy to do that.

It does take time to set up. Pretty much all stabilizers do. Good luck.
