@Whoozinga I am fairly certain you don't own a car or you just don't drive it, or you'd know that on the roads, a lot of situations happen where it's NOT your fault, but the aftermath definetly suggests it is. A video registrator is installed in a ton of cars driven by regular people, to record accidents, and act as evidence in court.
