@funkmeister98 be glad you don't live there. that's all i will say. the whether and crime aren't even the tip of the iceberg as far as the many reasons why winnipeg is a dump are concerned. the place is a total unsalvageable right off.

Winnipeg is a great city and the murders only happen in the bad parts ...... Winnipeg is actually pretty wealthy even though I don't live there.... I'm pretty sure every province or state has its bad parts too .
