Pashto old ghazal of the great Hidayatullah -- Ogura ta mata -- 1960s

Hidayatullah is considered the pioneer of Pashto Ghazal. He not only promoted ghazal singing but also introduced new approaches in singing techniques for amalgamation of new instruments with old one and by the grace of Almighty Allah he succeeded in his experiments.

Whoever sung this first would add to our knowledge BUT definitely it is one of the song that made Qamar Gula as Mairmon Qamar Gula....Maybe bcoz of poetry it suits female voice more. Hidayatullah Ustaz was blessed with gr8 unique voice that can be compare to Talat Mehmood only.

@ChumbaGul Both the legends have sung it so sweetly. Hidayatullah is the first one. I have heard from Nisar Mohammad Khalil that introduction of ghazal to Pashto music was many troublesome but Hidayatullah took great pain in his establishment.

i Have heard this song from Qamar Gula,can you tell me who sang this ghazal first? i think Qamar guli one is original because Qamar Gula was legend and Hidayatullah was the great singer

@MrZindalaash . Qamar Gul cannot be underrated but Hidayatullah is senior to her in recording this ghazal please.
