@Zakah1 Personally I really don't think there is "good" or "evil.". All is consciousness, changing between states of absorbing, releasing and directing energy. If you use your energy to manipulate, lie and damage others, siphoning their energy, it 'feels' against your nature. That's all.

It basically means that fear and resistance...those two emotions...are in and of themselves our biggest problem. The idea isn't to embrace evil in terms of doing evil things; it's to get to the point where, while you exercise discernment and know that some things are harmful, (and so don't do them) you don't hate or fear anything.

exactly, this is very phoney, negativity and positivity is RELATIVE. And me being someone who's lived in Sweden my whole life l can tell and l've seen many like Henrik before, he isn't all too sincere, he's on some sort of ego thing. That whole head in the clouds bullshit is another way of not facing WHAT IS. If you work on preventing the world from being destroyed and informing others however u see fit, then THAT'S positive as opposed to sitting crosslegged being "positive".
