Big Brother talks back -- Is 1984 here?

The city of Chicago is the most watched city in the U.S., with a network of tens of thousands of security cameras. But Big Brother won't stop at that -- new street lights with a twist about to be put in place in Chicago and several other cities -- are able to speak to people, as well as record conversations. RT's Anastasia Churkina reports.

The fact that we have a satellite, security cameras, security, alarms, etc. Yet we still have high crime rates and children going missing everyday should concern you. How long will it take you to realize that they don't give a two shits about your safety.

I don't have a problem with.... it.... if your not doing anything illegal what do you care.....u go to the mall to shop and you know cameras are there to protect u and thrives.......look at all the kids that go missing.....8 year old raped and killed. All the time.....evry minute car stolen.....ect ect....drugs dealers addicts everywhere......speeders,, all those suckers who still text and drive! Illegal immigrants...everywhere.....fu­ck sad to say we need more police. Everybody sees the chases.
