Stairway To Heaven by Led Zeppelin (studio recording version).

a cover of Led Zeppelin.


I'm bass player of OSAKA ZEPPELIN, Led Zeppelin tribute band in Osaka, Japan.

This is my new cover of "Stairway To Heaven".
I recorded bass, electric piano, soprano & alto recorder, and synthesized keyboards for bass recorder.

I also recorded some guitars and Midi programed-Drums by myself, for easy to understand this song.
I don't have any 12 strings electric guitar, so I played 6 strings guitar twice for sound effect of 12 strings guitar.

It's contains my own opinion that Nashville tuning guitar had be used at the recording of this song.


Any original source is not used.

This is excellent!! Especially since you were pretty much a one man band in this thing! Robert Plant had a great poem written out for this epic piece, but it's the instrumentation that really completed it.

If you'd like to test out your bass playing skills, I would suggest "Malignant Narcissism" by Rush.
