Video shows how the defect of vacuum tube can affect Mazda626 2.0 GT engine.
Engines chokes while idling and cruise control no longer works. Besides that, engine runs fine.
In my case, tube was bitten off by rat. Repair is simple, just replace damaged with new tube - it costs about 1Eur.
Yup, that hose goes to the cruise control vacuum diaphragm. I didn't know it would sound and act like that at idle if the cruise control has a vacuum issue. Thanks for the video. It was informative. You posted the problem and solution. Thank you.

Exactly, brake booster is even visible in the back.
But there is an update! It looks like same animal needed a shelter from cold night and went under hood of my mazda AGAIN! This time, spark cables (two) were in the way and she bite them off. Engine barely started in the morning. Unfortunately, there are several squirrels in the neighborhood.
Do you know what is the best and simplest method of getting rid of such pests from engine compartment? I'll show that in my next video.

That regulator device is your BRAKE SERVO, replace the pipe before you loose brakes. Try taking the pipe off and pump the brake, the pedal will go solid, and the brakes won't work.
