@Explorer086 While I do agree people need to learn how to handle situations when Officers are coming up behind them better, in a scenario like this...it is actually better for the people to continue driving the way the are and let the police find their way between them.

This video came directly from the Dallas County Constable's office and this is all they released. The man eventually pulled over and stated he was trying to get his cat to the vet....Later on officers discovered HUNDREDS of dead cats at the man's house.
