  • I am with you girl. Morning breakfast I had eggs with spinach and green onions, turkey bacon and water. I don't know what i am having for lunch but it will be healthly. Out now doing yard work.. Thank you for sharing your workout videos..you keep me encourage to do this. I need to lose 15 lbs....HUGS!!!!
