I am with you girl. Morning breakfast I had eggs with spinach and green onions, turkey bacon and water. I don't know what i am having for lunch but it will be healthly. Out now doing yard work.. Thank you for sharing your workout videos..you keep me encourage to do this. I need to lose 15 lbs....HUGS!!!!

You are making it happen!! Good job, especially challenging your body with the leg weights on the last set... you will like how powerful your legs become from the sumo static squats...isometrics are always great for speeding up the heart rate...:) Proud of you!!~ahmad
