HPAC - Historical Preservation Action Committee has now been organized to 'fight' the return of the Reidsville Confederate Monument. Here is the link to contribute/donate to this cause: http://www.facebook.com/ReidsvilleConfederateMonumentHPAC

This is a memorial and outcry for answers and resolution to the devastation of the Reidsville Confederate Monument (originally placed in the square in June 1910 by the UDC) but was destroyed by a car accident in May 2011 in the dead of night leaving a trail of warranting suspicion.
As many of the monuments and statues regarding the heritage and history of many citizens throughout many states ,who have ancestors who served valiantly in the Confederate Army have been damaged, desecrated and torn down for the few; this video has been completed to show the love, passion and life of this Confederate Soldier that has been woven inextricably throughout the very bones of its ancestors, citizens and other brethren of what the Confederacy stood for....he waits the outcome.

  • @MegaLreid Thanks for your comments, I know what you mean as my ancestors were hugely involved also...that is why this is worth all of the effort.

  • @msholidayinn You are welcome...thanks for taking your time to watch this...it is really moving...I cried when I saw the completion of the entire video....amazing how the Lord moves in and through something like this video.

  • This is truly a work of historical art which tells the true story of historical significance to everyone who knowingly seeks the truth. I sincerely trust that the poignant expressions on all the faces represented here will arm those who seek a positive resolution to the reinstatement of the monument to its rightful original place of prominence and disarm the tongues and pens of other individuals whose ill spoken words, whatever the source or reason, harm this cause.
