@smaqsood123, I'm not much of a help desk, but I can try to help! Can you tell me more about what you're trying to do and where you are getting stuck?
FYI - in MS Word 2007, the "ink annotation" tool is accessed by selecing the "Review" menu. Then select "start inking"...
