If our country is going to spend taxpayer money, I got a good idea. Let's build highways with the same rules as the Autobahn.

Now that's what I call performance! A 4.4 litre V8 engine, putting out 400 hp and 450lbs-ft of torque. We need that kind of performance in American cars as well.
